Shipping policy
Orders received during pre-order periods will be fulfilled (i.e., processed, packaged and shipped) during "Roast Week" (see description below). Payment for pre-order sales are collected at checkout when the order is submitted by the customer.
(Product sales may be temporarily disabled outside of pre-order periods by the company, in which case customers will not be able to submit orders and no orders will be fulfilled or shipped.)
Processing:
Your order will be processed within 72 hours of our nearest Roast Week.
Roast Weeks:
Roasting Weeks are when we fulfill all orders from the previous two-weeks. They occur bi-weekly on the first and third weeks of every month. After completing roasting, packaging and quality assurance checks, your order will leave our kitchen within 24 hours.
Shipping & Tracking:
Transit time will vary depending on your location. However, we typically ship orders Economy, aiming to deliver your order within 3-5 business days. We will also send you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Free Shipping:
We are please to offer FREE shipping on all customer retail orders over $50 USD. For our customers in Canada we offer FREE shipping over $200 CAD.
If you're a business owner or purchasing on behalf of a business looking to place a bulk order (typically more than 10 items or an order total of $100 or more), we do not currently offer free shipping at this time. However, we'd be happy to discuss shipping options and costs with you. Please email us at support@tinycup.coffee.
