After several months of planning, we're excited to introduce Brave & Bold: The Patriot Roast by Tinycup — the new official coffee of George Mason University. As a 2009 graduate of George Mason, I'm so proud to be able to bring a co-branded coffee roast back home to my alma mater.
Last Spring (2024) I was asked to bring a coffee product to the market that reflected the diversity of experiences and the tradition and innovation for which the university is well known.
And after three months of research and development, we brought together the perfect blend of premium, specialty-grade coffee beans from South and Central America. Using a traditional drum roasting method, we brought the mountain-grown beans from Brazil, Costa Rica and Colombia to an exquisite medium-dark roast level. The result—nothing less than a rich and unique flavor profile that's sure to invigorate your senses.
