small-batch, pan-roasted.
Our small-batch, pan-roasting process allows for a more attentive, hands-on approach to coffee-making that extracts all the unique aromas and textures of traditional coffee-making. We draw upon familial recipes that are indigenous to the Horn of African and the Caribbean to bring a sense of cultural richness and history to every cup.
All of this translates into a richer, more flavorful cup of coffee and more intentional experience with each sip.
a personal, restorative ritual.
We believe that coffee is both a communal and personal ritual, an everyday practice of coffee communities around the world that anyone can learn from, appreciate and experience themselves to enrich their own relationship with coffee.
We hope to transform your coffee-drinking experience into moments of calm, restoration and rejuvenation amidst their busy lives.
single origin, hand-picked.
We partnered with Abyssinia Specialty Coffee in Springfield, Virigina to source our raw Yirgacheffe coffee beans. It is grown on the rolling hills of southwestern Ethiopia and known locally as the "Crown & Glory" of its coffee regions. Hand-sorted and harvested, each batch is wet processed to improve its acidity and enhance its clean floral notes.
